Welcome to XTOCK, a web-based inventory and billing management software developed and operated by X Generation Technology.

By accessing or using our services (including but not limited to web application, mobile application, or any related API integrations such as WhatsApp Business Cloud API or Google services), you ("you", "user", "client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Services

XTOCK provides inventory, billing, loan management, and communication tools for businesses. Users are responsible for ensuring all activities under their account comply with applicable laws and third-party policies, including those of Meta (WhatsApp) and Google.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You must have the authority to bind the business entity on whose behalf you are using our services.

3. Account Registration

Accurate and complete information must be provided during sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any use of WhatsApp Business Cloud API must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms. Integration with Google services (e.g., Maps API, Sign-in) must comply with Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Messaging via WhatsApp

• Obtain explicit customer opt-in before sending messages.
• Use only approved message templates for business-initiated communication.
• Do not send spam, bulk messages, or unauthorized promotional content.

6. Google Service Integration

You agree not to misuse user data or violate Google's policy on limited use. Do not request access to scopes that are not essential for the app's functionality.

7. Prohibited Uses

Misuse of the system including fraud, unauthorized data access, and system abuse is prohibited. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to XTOCK at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

XTOCK is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use or inability to use our services, including issues related to third-party integrations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law
